About
One of the massive buttressed trees predominating Lamington's upper elevation rainforest, capable of living up to 800 years and reaching 55m tall with plank buttresses up to 4m high.
How to spot it
Very large single-stemmed tree, prominent plank buttresses at the base, spreading open crown, subtropical rainforest habitat above 880m.
