White Correa

About

A tough, salt-tolerant shrub found along the coastlines of south-eastern Australia, doing well on the exposed limestone and dune country typical of the Limestone Coast and Eyre Peninsula.

How to spot it

Rounded, leathery, felty-grey leaves with woolly hairs underneath. Open, star-like white flowers (rarely pale pink) borne singly or in small clusters, unlike the tubular bell-flowers of most other correas.
