A member of the olive family found in the scattered rainforest pockets tucked into sheltered gullies within Beowa National Park's otherwise dry eucalypt forest.

How to spot it

A small rainforest tree with glossy, veined, opposite leaves typical of the olive family, growing in the moister gully refuges of an otherwise fire-adapted dry-forest landscape.
