Lavender Grevillea

A low, spreading grevillea found through the stony hills of the southern Flinders and Mount Lofty Ranges, its red-pink flowers a reliable late-winter to early-summer nectar source for honeyeaters and spinebills.

How to spot it

Narrow, needle-like to elliptic leaves 5-40mm long. Clusters of red or pink flowers with a distinctive silky-hairy outer surface, on a low shrub usually under 1m tall.
