Davies' tree frog is a species of frog in the family Pelodryadidae. It is endemic to Australia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and rivers. It is currently threatened by habitat loss.
How to spot it
Davies' tree frog is a medium-size species which grows to a maximum snout-to-vent length of 53 millimetres (2.1 in) for males and 63 millimetres (2.5 in) for females. The colour of the upper surface is somewhat variable, being mainly golden brown with darker brown patches but sometimes additionally having green patches.
